RICHARD BOGLE is a trial attorney who has been associated with the firm of Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C. since 2001. Practicing with the firm’s litigation department, Mr. Bogle’s work centers on vigorously defending Verizon against various claims stemming from construction and auto accidents. He has also represented the interests of construction firms on claims involving alleged negligence and violations of Sections 200, 240 and 246 of the New York State Labor Law.

Mr. Bogle, born in Rockville Centre, New York, pursued his academic career at the State University of New York at Albany where he is a cum laude graduate with a major in English. He received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1988. Mr. Bogle was admitted in New York in 1989 and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1994.
