ROBERT S. DELMOND has been associated with the firm of Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C. since 1995, practicing within the firm’s Litigation department. He specializes in insurance and construction law, trial practice and foster care litigation.
Mr. Delmond is a 1985 graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English Literature and minors in Psychology and Religious Studies. He studied law at the University of Bridgeport School of Law in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and was Vice President of the Moot Court Board. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1988. Upon graduation, Mr. Delmond worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York until 1992. He was assigned to the felony trial bureau. Subsequently, he began private practice with a focus in the area of insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on claims involving arson and insurance fraud.
Mr. Delmond was admitted to New York and Connecticut Bars in 1989 and to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1990.
