GAIL M. KELLY is a partner in the firm’s Rockville Centre, Long Island office. She joined Conway Farrell in 1994. A graduate of Queens College, City University of New York (B.A., cum laude, 1984); and St. John's University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1988), Ms. Kelly was the Executive Articles Editor for the St. John's Law Review (1987-88). Following graduation, Ms. Kelly joined the firm of Botein, Hays & Sklar, and later moved to Gordon Altman Butowsky where she was an associate in the commercial litigation department, specializing in white-collar criminal defense.
Ms. Kelly currently practices in Conway Farrell’s Construction Litigation Group, and handles a variety of litigated matters including products liability cases and appeals. She is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and has served as its New York State chairperson. She is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the New York State courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
