KEVIN J. KELLY has been the managing partner at Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C. since 1985. During that time, the firm has expanded its areas of practice and increased the number of attorneys from 10 to 30. Mr. Kelly co-chairs the firm’s Construction Litigation and General Liability and Trial Practice Units. He is the Immediate Past President of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, a member of the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute, a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Defense Association of New York (DANY) and a past president (1991-92). He was the Chairman of DANY’s Continuing Legal Education Committee, and the founder of its trial seminar series. He has written and lectured in the areas of trial practice, construction litigation, and on significant changes in the Civil Practice Law and Rules of the State of New York.
