DANIEL K. McDONOUGH is an associate in the New York City office of Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C. and has been with the firm since 1999. He was born in Binghamton, New York, and graduated with honors from the State University of New York, Cortland College, in 1995 with a B.A. in Psychology. He earned his law degree with high honors at Touro Law School in 1999, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review and served as a Notes & Comments Editor. Mr. McDonough has worked in the construction field while attending college and periodically as he completed his law school studies.

Mr. McDonough is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations and the New York County Lawyers Association.

At Conway Farrell, Mr. McDonough practices with the Litigation Department, devoting a majority of his time and energy in the field of construction, insurance and negligence litigation, and he is well regarded for his work in defending Labor Law actions.
