PATRICIA A. MURPHY is an attorney in the firm’s Manhattan office. She was graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Slavic Studies and Political Science. Boston College awarded her the distinction of “Order of the Cross and Crown” and “Scholar of the College” for her thesis entitled “Ethnicity Under Authoritarian Regimes: A Comparative Sturdy of the Ukraine and Catalonia.” In 1983, she received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
Ms. Murphy began her legal career with Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C. in 1987, and has practiced in the litigation and real estate departments. Her practice now concentrates on complex and multiparty litigation matters, particularly in the areas of products liability, automotive products liability, construction, and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Murphy is admitted to the bar for the states of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association.
