Caitlin McDonough is a managing partner in the Commercial Real Estate group at Conway Farrell. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate finance transactions. Caitlin principally counsels clients on finance transactions secured by multifamily apartment buildings, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, cooperatives, condominiums, cond-ops, and mixed-use buildings. She has also represented lenders providing construction financing, secured lines of credit, mezzanine financing, as well as unsecured debt, including letters of credit. Caitlin has managed and overseen the closing of sophisticated loan transactions and is experienced in drafting and negotiating key real estate related documents including commitment letters, notes, mortgages, loan agreements, letters of credit, guaranties, inter-creditor agreements, and opinion letters.
