Cindy Varrecchia is a Managing Partner at Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C.’s Litigation Group. Cindy has been practicing law in New York for over 30 years and has extensive experience in the defense of large exposure negligence, products liability, construction defect, environmental, lead paint, and NYS Labor Law cases in State and Federal Courts. She handles and manages cases from pre-suit investigations to trial. Her practice involves all aspects of litigation, from analyzing liability and damages in personal injury, toxic tort, construction defect and property damage cases to preparation of case strategy and evaluation reports, conducting depositions, researching and drafting dispositive pretrial-motions, and attending pretrial resolution proceedings. Cindy is experienced in the immediate inspection and supervision of cause and origin investigations in fire and construction defect matters including the identification and preservation of evidence and retention of appropriate experts. Cindy currently co-chairs the firm’s Construction Litigation and General/Complex Tort and Trial Practice Unit. She actively serves as a mentor and guide for junior associates.
Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Cindy was a Senior Associate at Ahmuty Demers & McManus for over 20 years, where she earned and established long trusted relationships with claims professionals at various insurance carriers and client companies. Clients know Cindy for her legal acumen, practical methods, and for being a staunch ally and loyal advocate.
