Michael Discenza is an Associate in Conway Farrell’s Commercial Real Estate group, where he focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate finance. Michael has extensive experience representing institutional lenders in connection with the financing of multi-family, office, retail and mixed-use properties. He has experience counseling financial institutions in secured and unsecured financings, including asset-based loans, revolving lines of credit, letters of credit, and tax-exempt bond issuances to affordable and supportive housing developers.

Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Michael was associated with a well-known New York City law firm and a Syracuse based law firm where he focused on the representation of real estate developers, operators, and individuals in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate and commercial leasing.
