Michael Toolan joined Conway Farrell as a Partner in 1997. He serves as Special Counsel to the firm’s Litigation group where he represents major telecommunications companies in connection with negligence actions involving premises and automobile liability, commercial litigation and construction site accident cases.
Michael began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office assigned to investigations and trials in the Homicide Bureau. Subsequently, he was a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s Office of Special Prosecutor for Nursing Homes. Immediately prior to joining Conway Farrell, Michael served in the Litigation Department of a major telecommunications company as a Trial Attorney. During that time, he investigated and tried to verdict a multitude of cases arising from that company’s business-related activities.
