Chelsea Karen is an Associate at Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly, P.C, in the firm’s Litigation group. Her practice covers premises liability, motor-vehicle accidents, property damage and NYS Labor Law cases. Chelsea works on all pre-trial aspects of litigation, including preparing case strategy and evaluation reports, reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies, and drafting dispositive pre-trial motions. She regularly appears before state court judges, handling conferences and oral arguments.
While in law school, Chelsea was a member of the Journal for Civil Rights and Economic Development. Her note, concerning the changing laws surrounding 3D printing firearms, was published in her final year of law school.
