Marc is a Partner at Conway Farrell. He represents contractors, developers, and public agencies and utilities in a variety of civil litigation, including construction accidents and property damage claims. Marc also represents architects and engineers in professional liability actions. He advises insurance companies regarding coverage and indemnity issues, as well as counsels clients in risk mitigation, contract disputes, and employment and privacy-related matters.

A former NYC prosecutor, Marc conducted felony jury trials, investigated narcotics and racketeering cases, and argued numerous appeals, including a landmark case in the New York Court of Appeals which resulted in a statewide modification of sentencing procedures for drug offenders. Since then, he has over ten years of experience in the private sector handling all phases of litigation, from case evaluation, through discovery, motion practice and appeals. He also has extensive experience representing clients in mediations and complex structured settlement negotiations.

As a business-minded attorney, Marc develops deep understanding of his clients’ operational issues and policies. He works closely with all stakeholders – including senior management, employees, insurers, and others – to implement cost-effective litigation strategies that result in favorable outcomes.
