Zena Goldszer is Special Counsel to Conway Farrell in the firm’s litigation group. She has over 30 years of attorney experience which included handling personal injury cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. She has handled claims from the inception of the case through to trial, including preparation of case strategy and evaluation reports, conducting depositions, researching and drafting dispositive pretrial-motions, and attending pretrial resolution proceeding. Her experience includes general liability claims, premises liability, motor vehicle, property damage, defamation, and products liability for both private individuals and municipalities.
Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Zena worked as a Senior Associate for White and McSpedon, where she worked for over 15 years. She has also worked as in-house counsel for both AIG and American Transit Insurance Company. Her extensive experience has established long trusted relationships with claims professionals at various insurance carriers and client companies.
