Emily Ashman

Emily Ashman is an Associate in Conway Farrell’s Litigation group. Her work centers on the vigorous defense of national telecommunications carriers in various cases in state and federal court. Emily has also represented the interests of insurance companies in coverage litigation, as well as in a wide variety of claims, including no-fault, subrogation, bodily injury, products liability, and appellate practice. She has represented the interests of property owners and construction companies on claims involving alleged negligence and violations of Sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6) of the New York State Labor Law.
