Jeffrey Pilinko is of-counsel to Conway Farrell’s Litigation group. His work entails aggressively defending the interests of property owners and construction companies on claims involving alleged negligence and violations of Sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6) of the New York State Labor Law, as well as premises liability actions. He regularly appears before state court judges for oral argument and conferences. Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Jeffrey worked for several well-known defense firms where he honed his skills as a litigator, appearing in Court on behalf of variety of defendants throughout Long Island and New York City.
