Mohamed Ahmed joined Conway Farrell in 2024. He is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. His practice covers premises liability, property and casualty claims, and construction (Labor Law) accidents. Mohamed works on all pre-trial aspects of litigation, including preparing case strategy and evaluation reports, reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies, and drafting dispositive pre-trial motions.
Prior to joining Conway Farrell, Mohamed served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Portelli, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he participated in several significant jury trials. His responsibilities included mediating small claims and landlord-tenant matters. During law school, Mohamed served as a teaching assistant for several legal writing and litigation-related courses. He also worked as a research assistant focusing on privacy law and the Fourth Amendment.
