Thomas Wolf specializes in personal injury cases and first- and third-party insurance defense matters. His practice covers premises liability, property damage and NYS Labor Law cases. Thomas works on all pre-trial aspects of litigation, including analyzing liability and damages issues, preparing case strategy and evaluation reports, conducting and defending depositions, and drafting dispositive pre-trial motions. He regularly appears before state court judges for oral argument and conferences. After graduating from St. John’s School of Law in 2010, Thomas began his career as Staff Counsel for GEICO where he gained valuable courtroom experience.
